Official Notification from the National Weather Service:
The potential continues to increase for some very dangerous winter weather late Wednesday night into Thursday. At this time, focus less on the exact amount of snow, and more on the impacts! While there is potential for more, even just a couple inches of snow will cause significant impacts when combined with 35-45 mph wind gusts and the plunging temperatures.
By Thursday night into Friday morning, wind chills should drop into the -30s, rivalling or even exceeding what we saw in February 2021.
